(NYSE:FIS) today announced that it has expanded its offshore presence in India through the acquisition of Second Foundation, Inc., a leading provider of offshore global information technology services. As a result of the acquisition, FIS’ wholly owned subsidiary, Fidelity Business Solutions India Private Limited now operates in Bangalore and Chandigarh, India.
